Do I really pay nothing until you sell?
Correct. All the investment in appraisal, photography, video, advertising, home staging and document management is covered by us. We only charge a commission when the sale closes. If we don't sell, you owe us nothing.
What happens if I'm not happy with the service?
If we don't meet the deadlines agreed in the contract, you can cancel unilaterally at no cost or penalty. If we don't sell within the exclusivity period, the contract ends automatically.
Do you need exclusivity?
Yes, we work with shared exclusivity. We are the sole contact and publication channel, but your property reaches more than 300 agencies from day one. The reach of an entire network, control in one hand.
How long does it take to get everything ready?
Exact timescales are signed in the contract. Normally, within a few days we have the photography and video done, and your property listed and sent to the full network.
What is a bank-approved appraisal and why does it matter?
It's the official document banks require to grant a mortgage. With it we know exactly how much the bank will finance, we filter out buyers without real capacity, and we open doors to buyers who couldn't otherwise finance the purchase. We pay for it.
Why do you share with other agencies?
Because more exposure = more demand = better price. We don't mind sharing commission if it means closing sooner and at a better price. Your interests and ours are aligned.
My property has been with another agency for months and isn't selling. Can you help?
