Is it really free? What's the catch?
There's no catch. When the purchase closes, the selling agency pays us a share of their commission. The owner and agency pay the same whether you come with us or go alone. The difference is that you have an expert on your side.
Do you only show me your own properties?
No. We advise on any property on the market — whether it's ours or another agency's. We work independently and look for what's best for you.
I've seen properties online that interest me. Can you help?
Yes, as long as you haven't already contacted the selling agency directly. If you've only seen properties online and want us to help you visit, analyse and negotiate, we can do that. Contact us before contacting the agency.
Do you also help me with the mortgage?

I'm a foreigner and don't speak Spanish. Can you help?
Yes. We operate in Catalan, Spanish, English and French. We guide you through everything — including the Spanish legal system, tax obligations for non-residents and international financing.
