Do you only search your own portfolio?
No. We search the whole market: our portfolio, every other agency in the area, and properties not yet listed. Our interest is that you find the right one, wherever it comes from.
Am I committing to anything?
Nothing. No exclusivity, no lock-in, no paperwork to start. If at any point you'd rather continue on your own, no problem.
New builds, plots or fixer-uppers too?
Yes. We build and renovate ourselves, so we'll assess any format with you: new build, resale, a plot to build on, or a home with potential to transform.
How long does it take to find something?
